Delivery Time

If your order reaches us Monday to Friday before 02:00 p.m., delivery will generally take between 3 and 5 working days.

Customers in the UK can choose between Parcelforce Worldwide and UPS for delivery of their packages.
To return goods free of charge, use the supplied package return stickers.

Order Status

All information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email. As a result, it is particularly important for you to ensure that you enter a current email address when you place your order with the PUMA Online Shop and that you check your emails regularly.
If you have not received an order confirmation by email within 15 minutes of placing your order, check your spam filter before you do anything else.
If the spam filter does not contain an email from the PUMA Online Shop, contact PUMA Customer Service by telephone under 08 71 / 3 84 99 69 (£ 0.10 per minute from landlines, see your providers' rates for calls from mobile networks).

Parcelforce Worldwide
If the Parcelforce Worldwide driver does not find you at home, a notification card will be left in your letter box telling you where to pick up your package.

UPS:
If the UPS driver does not find you at home, a notification card will be left indicating when the next delivery attempt will take place. They will attempt delivering two more times. You can use the supplied telephone number, at any time, to arrange a specific delivery time.

Delivery Address and Invoice Address

Paying by credit/debit card: Delivery and invoice addresses do not need to be the same. For example you can have your package delivered to your work address.

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum purchase order value.

Delivery Charges

We offer free shipping for order values from £ 25,00. A shipping charge of £ 3,90 will be applied on order values less than £ 25,00.
